The current Senior Vice President of the Innovation Accelerator and Chief Development Officer of The TAG2000 International LLC Holdings Company is Andrew Y. Tan. He assumed this position as part of the 2010 Business Plan Implementation in May 2010. Before this implementation, Andrew Tan served as Senior Vice President of HCSMS and Chief Marketing Officer, after he was promoted from his previous position as Aytan Internet Services Unit President and CEO effective December 1, 2009.
The Office of the Senior Vice President of the Innovation Accelerator and Chief Development Officer is responsible for the research, development, innovation, and venture development operations of The TAG2000 International LLC Holdings Company and all of the business units of the Company. This individual works closely with the Office of the President and other senior managers to implement the Holdings Company's Business Plan. This individual is a member of the Holdings Company's Senior Management Committee, and works with other members of the Holdings Company's Senior Management Committee to ensure adherence to the business plan and the delivery of results for all who are invested in the success of the Company.
The Office of the Senior Vice President of the Innovation Accelerator oversees the Holdings Company's Venture Launching and Investment Development Program, which is operated in conjunction with the Holdings Company's Research and Development operations. This organization provides Holdings Company shared research and development, development of new entities and businesses, investment analysis of new business plans, and coordination of shared research and development operations with the Business Unit Management Council. This organization also implements and oversees the Holdings Company's research & development operations and advises on investments through several Vice Presidents and Associate Vice President level positions.
This individual also serves the functions of the Office of the President upon request by the President of the Holdings Company.
